Before you switch from Vapi
You may not have to. Vapi signs a BAA for Vapi on Usage-only or any Success Package, with the HIPAA add-on. If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Core voice pipeline (LLM, voice/TTS, transcriber/STT); Structured outputs.
