Before you switch from Slack AI
You may not have to. Slack (Salesforce) signs a BAA for Slack AI on Enterprise (Enterprise+ / Enterprise Grid) with 'Slack - HIPAA Enabled' SKU. If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Third-party AI apps from the Slack Marketplace.
