Before you switch from Genesys Cloud AI
You may not have to. Genesys signs a BAA for Genesys Cloud AI on Genesys Cloud (HIPAA-enabled organization, US regions). If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Third-party bots and LLMs (Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, third-party summarization); Voicemail transcription.
