Before you switch from Dropbox (incl. Dropbox AI / Dash)
You may not have to. Dropbox signs a BAA for Dropbox (incl. Dropbox AI / Dash) on Dropbox team plans (Standard, Advanced, Business, Business Plus, Enterprise, Education). If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Dash and Dash in Dropbox (AI search, Dash Chat, file summaries and Q&A); Third-party apps and integrations (including AI tools you connect).
