Before you switch from Zoom AI Companion
You may not have to. Zoom Communications signs a BAA for Zoom AI Companion on Pro (Zoom for Healthcare); Business / Business Plus / Enterprise. If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Meeting Summary with AI Companion; ZoomMate and other Zoom AI features (in-meeting questions, smart recording, Team Chat AI).
