Before you switch from Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein
You may not have to. Salesforce signs a BAA for Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein on Salesforce contracts with a signed BAA naming HIPAA Covered Services. If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Einstein GPT for Service / Sales / Commerce; Einstein Bots; Commerce Cloud Einstein; Marketing Cloud Einstein features in Marketing Cloud Next; Lightning Discover.
