Before you switch from HubSpot (incl. Breeze AI)
You may not have to. HubSpot signs a BAA for HubSpot (incl. Breeze AI) on Enterprise subscriptions with Sensitive Data turned on (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data, Content Hub, Smart CRM or Revenue Hub Enterprise). If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Breeze AI (Breeze Assistant, Breeze agents such as Customer Agent, prompts); Chatbots.
