Before you switch from Grok
You may not have to. xAI (SpaceXAI LLC) signs a BAA for Grok on API (ZDR-enabled). If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Files API, Collections (RAG), Batch API, deferred completions, stored Responses state; Image/video generation and voice agents under ZDR.
