Before you switch from ElevenLabs
You may not have to. ElevenLabs signs a BAA for ElevenLabs on Enterprise. If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: ElevenAgents without Zero Retention Mode; MCP tool support in agents.
