Before you switch from ChatGPT
You may not have to. OpenAI signs a BAA for ChatGPT on Enterprise; Edu; ChatGPT for Healthcare; ChatGPT for Clinicians; ChatGPT FedRAMP. If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team. Even then, these stay outside the BAA: Custom GPTs, workspace agents, Team Automations; Codex (local: desktop app, IDE, CLI); Codex in the cloud, Computer History, Codex Security administration; Cloud browser use, cloud network access, Sites, improved memory; Third-party GPTs and connected apps (Clinicians).
