Supanote
- Trial / Starter / Pro / XL (self-serve)Supanote's help center (April 2026) says accounts are covered by its BAA as soon as they are created, with no separate paperwork, and that the BAA is part of its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Users download a customized BAA PDF from the profile menu in the app. The pricing page lists 'Consent forms and BAA' on Starter; the blog says the BAA comes at no extra cost.Signs a BAA
- Group Practice (sales-led)The pricing page lists a 'Custom BAA' for the Group Practice plan, which is quoted through a demo booking.Signs a BAA
AutoNotes
- Notes / Workspace / Practice (self-serve, per clinician)The trust center and help center tie the BAA to PHI use, not to a plan. The BAA lets the customer accept by ticking a box or clicking a button during onboarding, or by signature. The homepage FAQ says 'BAAs available for organizations', but the trust center says every customer using PHI gets one. Pricing runs $19 to $69 per clinician per month, with a free trial.Signs a BAA
- Enterprise (custom, sales-led)Enterprise pricing is custom and arranged through a sales inquiry. The same every-customer BAA commitment applies.Signs a BAA
If you handle patient data
Either can work. Choose on features and price, then make sure you’re on a plan listed above and the BAA is signed before anyone enters protected health information.
A signed BAA is necessary but not sufficient for HIPAA compliance, which also depends on configuration, access controls, and your own policies. Verdicts summarize the vendor's own published terms as of the date checked; confirm with the vendor and your counsel before sending protected health information. Not legal advice.
