Before you switch from Microsoft Teams
You may not have to. Microsoft signs a BAA for Microsoft Teams on Microsoft 365 / Office 365 commercial (business, enterprise and education plans with Teams); Office 365 GCC. If you’re on another plan, upgrading may be simpler than moving your team.
